Thirteen Things I Love About Thanksgiving

1. Preparing a meal for the family
2. Spending quality time with relatives
3. The yummy turkey and gravy
4. The even yummier dressing
5. Watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and football all day long
6. All things pumpkin....pumpkin rolls, pumpkin pie
7. Board games we play
8. Making a plan to get our Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving (we often drive to a tree farm in North Carolina)
9. The usually crisp weather
10. Listening to hubby, my BIL, FIL, and nephews play music
11. Sharing Scripture before the meal
12. Singing "We Gather Together" before the meal
13. Munching on all the leftovers until the wee hours of the morning
